Two free ways to enter, but only two entries total

The property requirement is part of eligibility

Winning the draw is not enough by itself. The installation property must be in Texas, have the necessary owner authorization, and pass Golden Hour’s feasibility review for access, setbacks, permits, grading and other standard-construction conditions.

One unusual condition to know before entering

The rules require at least 5,000 unique qualifying entrants for the drawing to occur, although Golden Hour may choose to proceed even if that threshold is not reached. The sponsor says it will announce the decision on or about October 3.
