Browser preferences and saved promotions
Local storage remembers theme, language, saved promotions and your analytics choice. Saved items remain in this browser until you remove them or clear site data. Requirement-checklist answers are not transmitted or saved as a personal profile.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. It measures pages and interactions such as opening a source or saving a listing. We do not send search text, filter values, checklist answers or organizer entry-form data. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration.
You can reject analytics and keep using the site, or withdraw your choice through . Withdrawal stops events through this integration and deletes GA cookies the site can manage on its domain. It does not erase data already sent; contact us with an inquiry. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
We currently do not load third-party display ads.
Messages and official sources
We use your message to respond or review the issue you raise. Include only necessary information and do not attach sensitive documents. You can inquire about the message and information you provided using the same contact address. An organizer's entry form is governed by that organizer's terms and privacy notice.
Our cookie policy explains storage and available controls.
Purposes and legal bases
- Inquiries and corrections: we use your email address and message to respond and manage your request, based on our legitimate interest in handling communications about the site. Rights requests are handled to meet legal obligations.
- Operation and security: connecting to the site involves technical data such as IP address, browser and requests. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver pages and protect the service, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- Analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics may process cookie identifiers, technical data and interactions. This relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Requested preferences: theme, language, saved items and privacy choices are stored in your browser to provide the functions you choose. We do not create accounts or profiles from checklist answers.
Retention
We retain messages for the time needed to handle the request and, where applicable, for statutory periods relating to associated responsibilities. Technical data is retained as needed for operation and security. Saved items and preferences remain until you remove them; your analytics choice expires after 180 days. Analytics cookies have a configured expiry of 180 days; this is not the retention period for data already sent to Google. Contact us for retention information relevant to your request.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process the data needed to provide their services. If you accept analytics, Google receives measurement data as the Google Analytics provider. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, processing must rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Read Google's privacy and data protection terms and contact us for information on applicable providers and safeguards. We do not sell your data. An external organizer determines its own processing when you follow its link.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Explain which right you wish to exercise and what information you provided; do not initially send an identity-document copy. Proportionate additional information will only be requested where necessary to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Automated decisions and entries
We do not make automated decisions with legal effects or build personal profiles through the requirements checklist. Browsing promotions does not require giving personal data to Giveario. Entries and prizes are handled by the organizer.
