Points expire if the account has not been used for 3 years.
How to join
Sign up in the Boost app or on the VIBE sign-up page, or register a physical VIBE card online.
Enter your date of birth: the birthday juice depends on the date held on your account.
Scan your VIBE barcode when you buy so points are credited.
Good to know
The terms state that no fees are charged for issuing, registering, activating or using the VIBE Card.
The VIBE Card can also hold stored value, which is separate from the free membership.
