Eligible members get a complimentary tea from the standard permanent menu during their birthday month. A voucher with a barcode is emailed to them.

You need a verified membership and a full-price purchase in the 90 days before your birthday month, or a purchase during it.
A verified card or app, plus photo ID matching the birth date on your account, must be shown to redeem.
To receive the birthday tea you must be registered to receive Chatime marketing materials.
The terms and the FAQ differ on how long the voucher lasts, so check the expiry on the voucher itself.

10 points per $1, spent on a drink at 100 points per $1
Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent in store, and 100 points are worth $1 toward a drink.

Conditions
You need enough points to cover the full value of the order; partial redemptions are not allowed.
Points are not earned or redeemed on delivery orders made through the Chatime app or delivery partners.
How to join
Download the Chatime Loyal-Tea app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
Add your birthday to your profile and opt in to marketing messages if you want the birthday tea.
Scan your app or card at every purchase so points are credited.
Good to know
The physical membership card is optional and costs $0.50; the app is the other way to join.
The FAQ also mentions a 50% welcome voucher, which is a discount and is not covered here.
