Members with a valid date of birth in their profile get a birthday reward, applied automatically on their birthday and valid for 30 days.

Active members can get a free refill on the day they buy popcorn, either in a combo or on its own.

Conditions
Scan your membership card when you buy the popcorn and again when you ask for the refill.
Return the empty container to a team member; promotional containers are shown rather than returned.
The refill comes in a standard container of the same or similar size.
How to join
Open the HOYTS Rewards page and choose Join Now to create a Member account. The Member tier is described as free of charge.
Add a valid date of birth in My Profile so the birthday reward can be applied.
Scan your card or app card when you buy tickets or food, and keep the offer email for your birthday visit.
Good to know
This profile covers the free Member tier only. A paid VIP tier ($18 a year) has extra benefits.
Benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and HOYTS can change or withdraw them at any time.
Accounts that are not used for 2 years can be deleted, and any benefits in them are forfeited.
