What you can win
There is a single grand prize: a luxury massage chair with an approximate retail value of CAD 10,000. It must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to enter
There are two ways to enter, both on the Krema contest page:
With a purchase: buy a participating Krema product and upload a photo of the receipt with the entry form.
Without a purchase: submit an original composition of at least 500 characters, or publish a post on Instagram or Facebook tagging @KremaDairy, following the instructions in the rules.
Both methods carry the same weight. The limit is one entry per person or household per week between 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25 and 11:59 p.m. ET on December 20, 2026.
Who can enter
The contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory and who are located in Canada when they enter. Employees of Lactalis Canada, its agencies and their households are excluded. Promotional emails are only sent if you actively consent when entering.
How the winner is chosen
The agency Cri Agence holds a random draw on January 6, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. ET in Montreal. The selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question.
Delivery and deadlines
The organizer makes up to three email attempts and two phone attempts within seven days of the draw. The winner then has seven days to return the signed release, and delivery is arranged within 30 days of receiving it.
