What you can win
There are 150 custom Hockey Canada jerseys to be won by random draw, each with an approximate retail value of $150.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be assigned, transferred or converted to cash, and the sponsor can substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
How to enter
With a purchase. Buy a case of specially marked Sleeman Clear 2.0 or Sleeman Original. Each marked case carries a PIN code.
Open the contest website and give your province and date of birth.
Fill in the entry form with the PIN code and your contact details.
Answer the math skill-testing question correctly and submit, between September 13, 2026 and January 13, 2027.
Without a purchase. Mail a legible, handwritten, original letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win, with your name, age, address (including postal code), email address and phone number, to Sleeman Win a Hockey Canada Jersey, Sleeman Breweries, 551 Clair Road West, Guelph ON N1L 1E9. Once the letter is validated, a PIN code is sent to you, and you enter it in the same web form with the skill-testing answer. You can send one letter a day, each with different text, until 10 days before the contest closes.
The rules do not state a minimum purchase amount. Marked cases are available while supplies last.
Who can enter
The contest is open to residents of Canada who are of legal drinking age in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, agents and representatives of Sleeman Breweries Ltd. and its affiliates, promotional agencies and prize supplier, their immediate family members and spouses, and provincial liquor licensees and their employees cannot enter. The provincial liquor agencies are not connected with the contest.
The contest website shows a screen asking for your province and date of birth before its pages open.
How the winners are chosen
A random draw from the eligible entries submitted during the contest period takes place at about 2 p.m. ET on January 20, 2027, at Sleeman's offices in Guelph, Ontario. It selects 150 entries. The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Delivery and deadlines
Sleeman, or its representative, makes up to three attempts to contact each selected entrant by email within three business days of the draw date. An entrant who cannot be reached in that time, or whose notice bounces, is disqualified and another entry may be drawn.
Before being declared a winner, the entrant must sign and return the sponsor's declaration and release form by the date indicated. The form confirms compliance with the rules, accepts the prize as awarded and agrees to the use of the winner's name, city, voice, statements and image in the sponsor's publicity.
