What you can win

A winner who lives more than 150 miles from the venue also receives round-trip main cabin flights for two from a major airport served by American Airlines near home, two nights in a standard double-occupancy hotel room chosen by the sponsor and $200 in spending money by check, which raises the approximate value to $2,300. A winner within 150 miles receives the tickets only. If the winner cannot attend on the game date, the prize is forfeited, and the guest must also be an AAdvantage member before travel is arranged.
How to enter
Visit the Longhorns Perks page between 9:00 a.m. CT on October 30, 2026 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 22, 2027.
Complete the online entry form with your full name as it appears on government ID, email address, postal code and AAdvantage number.
Submit the form. You can enter once per day, and each entry must be typed in by you, not by a script or bot.
No purchase or payment is necessary. Entries use your AAdvantage number, so you need to be a member first; the rules say membership is free.
Who can enter
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and who are members of the American Airlines AAdvantage program at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors and agents of American Airlines, Genesco Sports Enterprises, Learfield College and the University of Texas Athletics Department, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Times in the rules are Central Time.
How the winner is chosen
Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc., the administrator, draws one potential winner at random on or about January 25, 2027 from all eligible entries. The winner must have a validated AAdvantage number.
The potential winner is notified by email and must respond and claim the prize within 48 hours. A W-9 form, a declaration of eligibility and liability release may also be required within 48 hours. If a deadline is missed, the prize can be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
