VIP Tour (about $350), a Delta Air Lines gift card worth $1,000 for a trip to the tour, a Hotels.com gift card worth $500 for accommodation, an XL Gilmore Girls jersey, denim jacket and crew sweater, and a $200 BoxLunch gift card. The rules put the total approximate retail value at $2,244.70.
Airfare and hotel come only as gift cards, with a combined maximum of $1,500. The winner arranges and books the trip, and costs beyond the gift cards, such as meals, ground transport, baggage fees and insurance, are the winner's responsibility.
How to enter
Open the BoxLunch Gilmore Girls Getaway page between 9:00 a.m. PT on October 5 and 11:59 p.m. PT on October 24, 2026.
Enter your name and email address, and tick the boxes confirming that you are a legal US resident of the required age and that you accept the Official Rules and Privacy Policy.
Submit the form. This gives one entry.
A second entry is available on Instagram: follow @BoxLunchGifts, like the post published on October 5, 2026 and tag one other account with the word "Getaway" in the comments. The limit is two entries in total. A box for BoxLunch marketing emails is optional and not required to enter. No purchase is necessary.
Who can enter
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located in, the 50 United States excluding Rhode Island, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their state when they enter. That is 18 in most states; the rules list exceptions, including 19 in Alabama, Delaware and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico.
Employees of Hot Topic, Inc. d/b/a BoxLunch and its subsidiaries, and their immediate family and household members, cannot enter.
How the winner is chosen
On or about October 27, 2026, BoxLunch draws one grand prize winner at random from all eligible entries. The odds depend on the number of entries received. If the selected winner cannot accept the prize, a new winner may be drawn from the remaining entries.
Delivery and deadlines
BoxLunch tries to notify the winner by email within three business days of the drawing and makes up to three attempts. The winner must return a declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, and the rules also refer to a skill-testing question. If the documents are not returned in time, one alternate winner may be contacted.
