What you can win
One winner and a «Tri Buddy» receive a triathlon experience for two. It includes round-trip economy airfare from a major airport approved by FORM, bike-transport fees for one bicycle each, one shared standard hotel room for three nights, race registration for both people, two pairs of FORM Smart Swim 2 PRO goggles, two one-year FORM Premium subscriptions, two FORM swim caps and ground transportation between the airport and the hotel.
The pair also share US$1,500 in spending money. The approximate retail value is US$7,000, but the actual value can vary with locations, airfare and the race chosen. The race takes place in the US or Canada and is picked with FORM, ideally before June 30, 2027.
How to enter
Open the contest page between 3:00 p.m. PT on September 15 and 2:59:59 p.m. PT on October 30, 2026.
Complete the entry form with your first and last name, email address and state or province of residence.
Answer «Why should we pick you?» and confirm that neither you nor your friend has completed a triathlon before.

Who can enter
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and other US territories. Entrants must be 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is greater, must never have completed a triathlon, and must name a friend who meets the same rules.
Employees of FORM, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate families cannot enter. The winner and friend must also be able to travel and to obtain the documents needed.
How the winner is chosen
FORM draws one potential winner at random on or about November 5, 2026 and contacts them by email within about five business days. The potential winner has five business days to respond. Winners and their friend may need to prove age and residency and sign a declaration of eligibility and releases. Canadian winners must also answer a time-limited skill-testing question correctly.
