The sweepstakes awards 27 prizes across four entry periods, with a total approximate retail value of $13,050:
Entry Period 1: one $1,000, three $250 and two $500 JCPenney prepaid gift cards.
Entry Period 2: a trip for two to New York for Z100's Jingle Ball on December 11, 2026 at Madison Square Garden, with round-trip airfare, two hotel nights, two tickets, ground transportation and a Bella Kay artist experience (approximate retail value $3,500), plus three $250 and two $500 gift cards.
Entry Period 3: three $250, two $500 and one $750 gift card.
Entry Period 4: three $250 and three $500 gift cards, and three signed artist items with a Bella Kay x JCPenney Jingle Ball patch.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Meals, parking, gratuities and other expenses of the trip are the winner's responsibility.

Complete it with your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and any other information requested, then submit it for one entry.
If you are an active JCPenney Rewards or Aéropostale Rewards member, add your rewards email or member number to receive 10 bonus entries.
You can enter once per person, email address and household per calendar day, in Eastern Time. No purchase or payment is necessary. Entries that do not win stay in the pool for later entry periods.
Who can enter
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older, or the age of majority in their state if that is older. Employees of the sponsor, JCPenney and the prize providers, people employed by other radio and television stations, and their immediate families and households cannot enter. Each person and household can win only one prize.
How winners are chosen
The sponsor randomly selects the winners from the entries of each period on or around October 26 (6 winners), November 16 (6), November 30 (6) and December 21, 2026 (9). Winners are notified by email or phone and must respond and accept within one day, including any required documents. They may need to show a state-issued ID and sign an affidavit of eligibility and releases.
